Our aim is to easily and quickly clear out your old equipment, ensure that all of your data is securely destroyed (as requested), and maintain great communication throughout “The Process”:

  1. Meet, greet, and inventory what needs to be cleaned out.
  2. Do you need all of your data destroyed? If so, we work with SecurShred (NAID Certified) to get you the best pricing to destroy “non-paper media”. If not, we will work on purchasing drives from your company.
  3. Work with us on pricing….our price list is flexible and so are we. If you have good equipment that you can vouch for (we’ll take your word for it), we will find a price that works.
  4. We finalize pricing of your inventory and then deduct the price of data destruction. That amount can be paid on or within 30 days of pickup (pre-determined with client).*
  5. Schedule a pickup and clean out your equipment!

*Payments to your company can be either a business check, money order, or PayPal payment.
